  • Membership to the professional bodies such as: Migration Alliance (MA), Migration Institute of Australia (MIA)
  • Name listing in the Australian immigration department’s website: mara.gov.au

  • Part 9 of the Code describes the handling of complains.
  • Part 11 of the Code enables the applicant to have access to a copy of the code.
