- Protection seekers who claim Australia’s protection because of persecution due to race, religion, political opinion, nationality or group membership.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- You are a refugee.
- You meet the Complementary Protection requirements in the Australian Migration Act.
- You are family member of a person engaging Australia’s protection obligations.
- You did not arrive as an illegal immigrant, maritime arrival or unauthorised air arrival.

- You need to be in Australia.
